[目的 ]研究测定复方卵磷脂 多种维生素胶丸中卵磷脂及维生素成分含量的方法。 [方法 ]卵磷脂 :分离提取后按分光光度法测定。烟酰胺、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6:采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为汉邦C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4.6mm) ;流动相为乙腈∶甲醇∶水 (14∶6∶80 ) ,水中含 2 .5mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠和 0 .12 %三乙胺(磷酸调节至pH 2 .5 ) ;流速 1.5ml/min ;柱温 2 0℃ ;UV检测波长为 2 73nm。维生素E :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,流动相为甲醇 水 (97∶3 ) ,UV检测波长为 2 80nm ,其它条件同前。 [结果 ]维生素成分含量测定方法的线性良好 ,重现性、回收率合格 ,符合分析要求。 [结论 ]为复方卵磷脂 多种维生素胶丸中成分的含量测定提供了一个灵敏、准确和快速的测定方法
[Objective] To study the method of determination of lecithin and vitamin content in compound lecithin multivitamin capsules. [Method] Lecithin was determined by spectrophotometry after isolation and extraction. Niacinamide, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin B6 were determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with a Hanbang C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile: methanol: water (14: 6 : 80), water containing 2.5mmol / L heptane sulfonate and 0.12% triethylamine (phosphoric acid adjusted to pH 2.5); flow rate 1.5ml / min; column temperature 20 ℃; UV detection wavelength of 2 73nm. Vitamin E: using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography, the mobile phase methanol water (97: 3), UV detection wavelength of 280nm, the other conditions with the former. [Result] The linearity, reproducibility and recovery rate of the method for determination of vitamin content were good and in line with the analysis requirements. [Conclusion] The method provided a sensitive, accurate and rapid method for the determination of the components in the compound lecithin multivitamin capsules
