运用Fluent软件对抽真空和压铸模具的排气槽形状与排气率的影响关系进行了数值仿真分析。结果表明,在型腔中抽真空能极大地提高排气率,排气槽口的形状对真空压铸的排气率的影响较大,渐变式和大截面形状的排气槽更有利于抽真空。
Fluent software was used to simulate the relationship between the shape of the exhaust groove and the exhaust gas rate of vacuum and die-casting molds. The results show that evacuation can greatly improve the evacuation rate in the cavity. The shape of the evacuation notch greatly affects the evacuation rate of the vacuum die-casting. The evacuation groove with gradual and large cross-sectional shape is more conducive to evacuation .
