茧丝纤维是由20%~30%的丝胶蛋白质和70%~80%的丝素蛋白质组成,在茧衣中丝胶蛋白质含量更高达40%。其中丝素蛋白质不仅被制成丝绸,而且还被开发成化妆品和食品的原料。与此相对,线胶蛋白质却没有被实际应用,这不仅浪费了宝贵的天然蛋白质资源,而且还污染了环境。其原因主要是从缫丝、精炼废水中提取和制备丝胶多肽的工艺比较复杂,成本高。而直接用茧衣、茧壳、废丝中的任一种原料,如加水和蛋白水解酶提取丝胶多肽。其工艺简单、成本低、对环境无污染。下面将提取方法介绍
