采用普通常规小麦的检测方法去测定T型杂交小麦的品种纯度与发芽率,其结果往往与实际生产的表现不符。要改变此状况,只有根据T型杂交小麦种子的特征特性引用恰当的检测方法,才能得以实现。 1.品种纯度鉴定(室内) T型杂交小麦一代种内的异品种主要是:常规种及其亲本恢复系、不育系、保持系。前两者(常规种、恢复系)的种子形态与一代种有明显差异容易鉴别;后两者(不育系、保持系)的种子形态与一代种相同难以鉴别,但由于后两者的幼苗形态与一代种的表现有异,在幼苗时期能够加以区分。因此,
