某厂为国外一公司生产小批量多品种中小铸件,该公司要求б_b≥20.4kg/mm~2,厚薄悬殊断面的硬度控制在173~255HB之间。该厂生产这批铸件的实际硬度在158~449HB范围内波动。在分析铸件硬度超差原因和查阅国内外资料的基础上,对添加剂的种类和数量,对铸件的化学成分、组织和性能进行了比较系统的试验研究,确定了原铁水的化学成分及其添加剂的品种和数量。试验结果表明,消除了不同断面硬度的严重超差,完全控制在所要求的范围之内。
