建立了古代彩绘颜料鸡卵蛋白胶结材料基质辅助激光解析电离飞行质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)分析表征方法.探讨优化了彩绘颜料鸡卵蛋白胶结材料样品前处理和测定条件,进行彩绘颜料鸡卵蛋白胶结材料模拟样品和秦俑彩绘样品的MALDI-TOF-MS“肽质谱指纹”图谱分析表征研究.结果表明秦始皇兵马俑彩绘颜料胶结材料并非鸡卵蛋白.这对于古代彩绘颜料蛋白类胶结材料的分析表征,秦俑彩绘的研究、保护和修复具有一定的实际意义和参考价值.
The method of MALDI-TOF-MS was established for the analysis of ancient painted pigment chicken egg protein cementitious material. The pretreatment and determination conditions of the pigment pigment chicken egg albumin were optimized, The results of MALDI-TOF-MS “fingerprinting ” showed that the terra-cotta paints of the Qin Terra-cotta are not the chicken egg proteins.This is of great value for the ancient painted pigment protein-based cementitious materials The analysis of characterization, terracotta painted study, protection and repair has some practical significance and reference value.
