近年来,各地鱼类养殖业虽正在发展,但是,与家畜相比,普遍投喂高蛋白质饵料。饵料中的蛋白质大多用作能源。如果鱼类能大量而有效地直接利用碳水化合物,则鱼类养殖还可进一步扩大。过去曾使用了许多来源不同的碳水化合物并分别研究了鱼类对碳水化合物的利用。为此,本研究企图通过测定糊精含量对鱼类生长、饵料转换效率、肝脏和脊部肌肉的化学成分以及饵料蛋白质和糊精吸收率的影响,同时研究了几种消化系统不同的鱼类对碳水化合物的利用能力。
