目的 探讨电视腹腔镜治疗儿童卵巢囊肿的效果及安全性。方法 回顾性分析 2 0 0 2年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年 11月 ,12例 13侧卵巢囊肿行腹腔镜下肿瘤剔除 +切除术的疗效。结果 所有患儿经腹腔镜完成手术。平均手术时间 (5 8± 32 )min ,平均住院时间 3d ,无腹膜炎发生 ,全部患儿随访 4～18个月 ,未见复发。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗儿童卵巢囊肿是一种安全、有效的手术方法 ,值得推广
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of television laparoscopy in treating children with ovarian cysts. Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of 13 ovarian cysts undergoing laparoscopic resection and resection from April 2002 to November 2003 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All children underwent laparoscopic surgery. The average operation time was (58 ± 32) min, the average length of stay was 3d, and no peritonitis occurred. All children were followed up for 4 to 18 months and no recurrence was found. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for children with ovarian cysts is a safe and effective surgical method, it is worth promoting
