骨干教师是幼儿园的重要组成部分,骨干教师比普通教师的工作更多,任务更重,同时也比普通教师的教育能力更强。本文对幼儿园骨干教师的成长与培养展开研究,分析幼儿园骨干教师成长阶段及其规律,提出了加强幼儿园骨干教师的培养策略。本文认为对幼儿园骨干教师的培养应该根据其不同阶段采用不同的培养方法,同时幼儿园教师应该制定个人骨干教师发展规划,幼儿园创造良好的学习平台,这样才可以更快、更好的培养幼儿园骨干教师。
Backbone teachers are an important part of kindergarten. Backbone teachers work more than ordinary teachers, they have heavier tasks and are more capable of teaching than ordinary teachers. This paper studies the growth and cultivation of key teachers in kindergartens, analyzes the growth stages and laws of key teachers in kindergartens, and puts forward strategies to strengthen the cultivation of key teachers in kindergartens. This paper argues that the cultivation of key teachers in kindergarten should adopt different training methods according to their different stages. At the same time, kindergarten teachers should formulate personal backbone teachers’ development plans, and kindergartens should create a good learning platform so that kindergarten teachers can be trained faster and better. .
