针对胎儿心电信号微弱且难以提取的问题,文章提出了一种腹壁单导联提取胎儿心电信号的方法。首先根据奇异值分解(SVD)理论,从腹壁导联重构分解矩阵,获得初步母体心电信号;再通过Savitzky-Golay(S-G)平滑滤波方法,去除噪声和基线漂移等,获得母体心电参考;最后通过最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)对母体参考进行非线性变换,估计出腹壁混合信号中的母体心电成分,从混合信号中减去该母体心电成分,获得清晰的胎儿心电信号。通过临床数据进行实验,获得了很好的效果,证明了该方法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of fetus ECG signal is weak and difficult to extract, this paper presents a method of fetus fetal ECG extraction. First of all, based on the singular value decomposition (SVD) theory, the matrix of ECG was reconstructed from the abdominal wall leads to obtain the preliminary maternal ECG signals. The Savitzky-Golay (SG) smoothing filter was used to remove the noise and baseline drift to obtain the maternal ECG reference ; Finally, the mother’s reference is transformed nonlinearly by Least Squares Support Vector Machine (LSSVM) to estimate the maternal ECG component in the mixed signal of the abdominal wall and subtract the maternal ECG component from the mixed signal to obtain a clear fetal ECG signal. Experiments with clinical data have yielded good results and demonstrated the effectiveness of this method.
