一年前,《小康》杂志会同有关专家及机构,对我国2005年9月到2006年9月间“信用小康”进行了调查,得出2005~2006年度中国信用小康指数为60.1分,与2005年度的60.2分基本持平。在发布的同时,《小康》写道:从发展趋势上看,中国信用小康指数近年不会有多大改观。一年后,《小康》杂志会同有关专家及机构,对我国“信用小康”状况再次进行调查,经过对调查结果进行加权处理,并参照国家有关部门的监测数据和大量社会信息,得出2006~2007年度中国信用小康指数为60分,比上年的60.1分下降0.1个百分点。如所预言的那样,中国信用小康指数没有改观,已经连续两年下降。
