针对列车上水自动控制系统中电磁阀关断的阀值(水箱水满判据)确定问题,基于组态软件开发设计了一个自动控制系统.系统的工作分为手动训练阶段和自动控制阶段,在手动训练阶段,电磁阀的开断由人工手动控制,系统自动记录当时的水压数据,经过一定时间的训练,系统可进入自动控制阶段.此系统可采集不同复杂环境下关电磁阀时的水压数据,在理论数据的基础上,利用实验数据来优化水箱水满判据,使上水电磁阀自动关断具有较强的适应性.
