本文是研究用氦氖激光对下颌骨骨折患者进行治疗的临床结果。材料和方法:对65例下颌骨骨折患者的综合治疗中采用激光治疗,另25例下颌骨骨折患者不采用任何理疗作为对照组。激光治疗开始于骨折复位固定后的第2天,将一纤维光导装置放于口前庭侧的骨折部位(100~150mV/cm~2强度,暴光10~15分钟,每日一次)。当10~14天下颌骨齿槽突出现早期愈合时,将2个纤维光导装置同时放在骨折部位的内外两侧照射;升枝部位的骨折只从外
This article is a clinical study of the treatment of patients with mandibular fractures using He-Ne laser. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Laser treatment was used in the comprehensive treatment of 65 patients with mandibular fractures. The other 25 patients without mandibular fracture were treated with no physical therapy as the control group. Laser treatment began on the second day after fracture reduction and fixation. A fiber optic device was placed in the fracture site of the vestibular vestibulo (100 ~ 150mV / cm ~ 2 intensity, exposure for 10 ~ 15 minutes once a day).
