我院自1981年以来采用“碘仿丁氧膏”治疗唇疱疹,经临床使用观察,有疗效好、作用快、方便易行等优点。现介绍如下: 药物:碘仿1份,氧化锌粉剂4份,丁香油适量,将其混合调拌成较稀的糊剂。每次用前现调。用法:取调好的“碘仿丁氧膏”涂于唇疱疹损害上,每日1～2次。疗效:几年来临床观察了50例,均获满意效果。根据唇部疱性损害消失和局部组织恢复正常为治愈判断。用药后2天治愈的13例,3天治愈的26例,4天治愈的9例,5天治愈的1例,6天治愈的1例。
Our hospital since 1981 using “iodine butadiene cream” treatment of cold sores, the clinical observation, a good effect, fast, easy to operate and so on. Now introduced as follows: Drugs: 1 part of iodoform, 4 parts of zinc oxide powder, clove oil amount, mix it into a more dilute paste. Adjust before each use. Usage: Take a good “iodine butadiene cream” applied to cold sore damage, 1 or 2 times a day. Efficacy: Clinical observations in recent years 50 cases, were satisfactory results. Based on the disappearance of lip blister lesions and local tissue returned to normal for the cure to judge. 13 cases cured 2 days after treatment, 26 cases cured in 3 days, 9 cases cured in 4 days, 1 case cured in 5 days and 1 case cured in 6 days.
