本文首先在国际法方面着重分析了中国和澳大利亚为缔约方的双边条约和多边条约，并重点考察中国澳大利亚在ＡＰＥＣ等有关国际组织的合作与交流。其次在国内法方面分别考察了中澳两国有关对外贸易和经济活动的新近国内法。最后概要评述了现行中澳经贸合作的法律环境，并展望其２１世纪的发展前景 This article first focuses on the analysis of bilateral and multilateral treaties to which China and Australia are parties in the field of international law and focuses on the cooperation and exchange between China, Australia and other relevant international organizations in APEC. Secondly, in the aspect of domestic law, the author separately examines the recent domestic laws concerning the foreign trade and economic activities between China and Australia. Finally, it summarizes the current legal environment for the economic and trade cooperation between China and Australia and looks forward to its development prospects in the 21st century
