筛选树脂时应综合考虑树脂的吸附容量和分离因数,本文对1,6一二磷酸果糖(FDP)在717强碱性阴离子交换树脂和HJ—30弱碱性离子交换树脂上的分离因数作了研究。结果发现;浓度和pH对FDP在717树脂上的分离因数。αCIFDP和αpiFDP的影响很小,但对HJ—30树脂上的分离因数αCIFDP和αpiFDP有很大影响。FDP在HJ—30树脂上的分离因数αCIFDP和αpiFDP远比在717树脂上的分离因数大。HJ—30树脂更适合于FDP与无机磷等物质的分离。
The screening resin should take into account the adsorption capacity of the resin and the separation factor. In this paper, the separation factor of fructose-1,6-diphosphate (FDP) at 717 strong basic anion exchange resin and HJ-30 weak basic ion exchange resin the study. Results were found; concentration and pH separation factor for FDP on 717 resin. The effects of αCIFDP and αpiFDP were small but had a large effect on the separation factors αCIFDP and αpiFDP on HJ-30 resin. The separation factors for α-FDP and αpiFDP on HJ-30 resin were much larger than the separation factor on 717 resin. HJ-30 resin is more suitable for the separation of FDP and inorganic phosphorus and other substances.
