本文对两项分布法在致突变、抗突变及协突变资料方面的应用作了介绍。为使Kastenbaum编制的判断致突变频率是否有统计学意义的应用表适于抗突变、协突变资料的查用,本文将n_1=n_2(p=0.5)时,N和C的对应值,由原表的100扩充至250。文中列举了若干例子,对查表法及概率计算
This article introduces the application of the two distribution methods in mutagenesis, anti-mutation and co-mutation data.
