本文研究睾丸随着温度升高的各个时期,在体内和体外间质细胞对人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)刺激的反应。方法体内实验,用雄性 Wistar 鼠,60~70天龄,重350~500g。戊巴比妥钠麻醉后,阴囊浸于水中悬于盆上30′。水温按每组需要调节。体外实验:切下鼠左睾取100mg 组织培育在1ml Dul-beccos 培养基中,实验组培养基内加 1IU hCG。结果表明加温鼠的双侧睾丸39~41℃、30′,21天后无明显作用,但加热至41.5~43℃、30′,睾丸的重量明显减轻,伴有血中黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)的水平显著升高。睾丸静脉血中睾酮浓度升高,但外周循环血中睾酮浓度无变化。hCG 造成最大刺激后,体内加热的睾丸分泌睾酮下降。hCG 造成最大刺激使体外加热的睾丸产生睾酮量超过正常2~3倍,但体外不加 hCG时,加热的睾丸产生睾酮量与对照组无差异。作者认为通过加热睾丸间质细胞产生的睾酮可能不如正常睾丸那样能有效地被分泌,这可能是因
This article studies the response of testicular cells to human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) stimulation in vitro and in vivo at various stages of elevated temperature. Methods In vivo experiments, male Wistar rats, 60 to 70 days old, weighing 350 ~ 500g. After anesthesia with pentobarbital, the scrotum is drowned in water and suspended in a pot of 30 ’.
