为保证旧工业建筑合理优化利用,提高再生建筑的绿色性,根据既有标准、规范及相关文献,总结出影响旧工业建筑绿色再生的主要因素,结合对国内106个项目的调研获得的数据,以开发决策阶段为例,采用结构方程模型分析各控制因素对再生建筑绿色性的影响程度及其相互作用,指出为达到绿色的改造效果,在开发阶段应重点考虑的工作内容.为建立绿色再生旧工业建筑评价标准体系提供理论依据,促进旧工业建筑绿色改造工作的推广.
In order to ensure rational utilization of old industrial buildings and improve the greenness of recycled buildings, the main factors affecting the green regeneration of old industrial buildings are summarized according to the existing standards, norms and related documents. Based on the data obtained from the survey of 106 domestic projects, Taking the development and decision-making stage as an example, the structural equation model was used to analyze the influence of each control factor on the greenness of recycled building and the interaction between them. It is pointed out that in order to achieve the green transformation effect, The old industrial building evaluation standard system provides a theoretical basis to promote the promotion of green industrial transformation of old buildings.
