前言从1984年10月至1985年2月,陆续配属我段的ND_5型内燃机车共有79台,其中除0036号机车被指定为配件机车外,其余已全部投入运用。经过近半年的运用,尽管这些机车是新车,但由于设计、工艺和运用等方面的原因,已使机车暴露出不少问题。如柴油机系统排气总管及其过渡管节裂、超速机构中油泵齿轮过磨耗等。尤其突出的是电器系统,半年来已发生临修46件,更换电器配件14种、563件。本文就电器系统中存在的部分问题,进行分析和提出解决的办法。
Foreword From October 1984 to February 1985, there were 79 ND_5 diesel locomotives, one of which was assigned to me in succession. Among them, 0036 was designated as spare parts locomotive, and the rest had been put into operation. After nearly six months of operation, although these locomotives are new ones, many problems have been exposed in the locomotives due to design, technology and application. Such as the diesel engine exhaust manifold and its transition section of the crack, overspeed gear pump gear wear and so on. Particularly prominent is the electrical system, has occurred in the past six months 46, replacing 14 kinds of electrical accessories, 563 pieces. In this paper, some problems existing in the electrical system are analyzed and proposed solutions.
