In real life, managers often have the puzzled - in spite of a large number of incentive policies, why employees can not act in the way we want, demand, and desire to do? Is not enough incentive? Following a fisherman, The fables of snakes and frogs might give us some inspiration: One day, as the fisherman looked down on the boat, he found a snake biting a frog. When he pitied the frog, he bent over and gently took the frog. However, in retrospect, he pitied this hungry serpent. Because of no food, he had to come up with a bottle of whiskey, pour a few drops toward the snake's mouth. The snake swims happily, and the fisherman is also happy for his good deeds. He thought everything was fine, and until a few minutes later he heard something hitting his boat, looking down the boat, the fisherman could not believe it, and the snake was back - and bite two frogs.
