电梯门机控制系统对于提高门机工作效率和开关门安全性有着重要作用,而门机电源需要有较高安全性和可靠性。正弦波变频电源具有较高的稳态性能和较快的动态响应能力,通过采用数字化控制技术可以有效满足该要求。本文通过对变频电源相关理论进行分析与研究,提出了一种基于DSP控制方式的电梯门机变频电源设计方案,其中电源主电路为AC-DC-AC结构,而CPU使用的是TI公司的TMS320F28034芯片,电路逆变方式为单相全桥逆变,驱动模块为IR公司的功率驱动集成芯片IR2110。同时该电源电路具有过流、过压保护功能,能显示输出电压和输出电流大小,另外在电路整流环节中增加了有源功率因数校正技术,使得输出电压更趋稳定,输入电流接近正弦波。通过实际测试,该电源各项性能指标能达到设计要求,其效率接近90%。
The elevator door control system plays an important role in improving the working efficiency of the door machine and the safety of the switch door, while the door machine power supply needs high safety and reliability. Sine wave frequency conversion power supply has higher steady-state performance and faster dynamic response capability, through the use of digital control technology can effectively meet this requirement. Based on the analysis and research on the theory of variable frequency power supply, this paper presents a design scheme of variable frequency power supply for elevator door machine based on DSP control mode. The main circuit of power supply is AC-DC-AC structure, while the CPU uses TI’s TMS320F28034 Chip, inverter circuit for the single-phase full-bridge inverter, the driver module for IR’s power-driven integrated chip IR2110. At the same time, the power supply circuit has over-current and over-voltage protection functions, which can display output voltage and output current. In addition, active power factor correction technology is added in the circuit rectification section to make the output voltage more stable and the input current close to the sine wave. Through the actual test, the power of various performance indicators to meet the design requirements, the efficiency of nearly 90%.
