日本对汉药的研究进展甚快,对我国《伤寒论》及《金匮》中常用的名方、验方进行许多临床研究。本文着重介绍柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤(以《伤寒论》方为基础),由柴胡、龙骨、黄芩、生姜、铅丹、人参、桂枝、茯苓、半夏、大黄、牡蛎、大枣十二味组成,原方主治胸胁苦满、烦警、小便不利、谵语身重及神经系统等疾病。桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤(为《金匮要略》方)由桂枝、芍药、甘草、生姜、大枣、龙骨、牡蛎等七味组成,原方主治男子失精、女子梦交等症。但近年来这两种龙骨牡蛎制剂在日本临床上又有新的用途。现简介如下:
Japan’s research on Chinese medicine has progressed very rapidly. Many clinical studies have been conducted on the famous names and prescriptions commonly used in “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” and “Golden Chamber” in China. This article focuses on the introduction of Chaihu plus Longgu Oyster Soup (based on “Treatise on Febrile Diseases”) from Bupleurum, keel, astragalus, ginger, red lead, ginseng, cassia twig, Poria, Pinellia, rhubarb, oyster, jujube ten Composition of two flavors, the original side attending chest fullness, annoying, unfavorable urine, slang weight and nervous system diseases. Guizhi plus keel oyster soup (for the “Golden Chamber” side) from Guizhi, peony, licorice, ginger, jujube, keel, oysters and other seven tastes, the original party men infertility, women’s dreams pay embolism. However, in recent years, these two keel oyster preparations have been used clinically in Japan for new uses. The brief introduction is as follows:
