TO-8 High Power Output Amplifier The new TO-8 cascadable medium power amplifier PA10 has a typical output power of + 24.5dbm at up to 1000MHz while the PA12 delivers + 24.5dbm at up to 1200MHz . This device is particularly suitable as a local oscillator driver for high-level mixers. The A39 and A39-1 TO-8 amplifiers cover a frequency band of 10 to 2000 MHz with a minimum output power of +20 dBm. The gains of these devices are 6.7 dB and 7.7 dB, respectively. The typical output power of each device at 1db gain compression point is + 22dbm. The A39-1's noise figure is typically less than 8.0db, while the A-39's noise figure is less than 10dB.
