变应性鼻炎是发生在鼻粘膜的Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病,但与某些细胞因子、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)及部分神经肽的相互作用密切相关,主要表现为发作性喷嚏、鼻塞、鼻痒、流清涕。本文从Th1、Th2细胞因子,信号通路及其他与AR相关的因素等方面,对近5年来变应性鼻炎的免疫学研究概况进行了综述,冀期从分子免疫学改变角度制定一套行之有效的诊断、治疗和公共预防策略和方针。
