教师的工作要接触各类学生。对那些品学兼优的学生,教师的好感是自然的。但对于成绩或品行差的后进生,教师的态度往往不一。我认为,无论对优等生还是后进生都应该热心培育、以诚相待,尤其是后进生更需要教师的关怀和鼓励。在我的教学生涯中,一些后进生的变化使我惊喜不已。事实证明,优等生和后进生之间没有什么不可逾越的鸿沟。学生的遗传素质本来也没多大差别,之所以有些学生成了优秀生而有些学生成了后进生,是由于学生所接触 Teachers work to reach all kinds of students. For those who have good academic performance, the teacher’s favor is natural. However, teachers often have different attitudes towards postgraduates whose grades or conduct are poor. I think, no matter for the top students or post-graduates should be enthusiastic nurture, treat each other with sincerity, especially the post-graduation need teachers’ care and encouragement. Some surprising changes in my post-graduate life have come to my teaching career. Facts have proved that there is no insurmountable gap between top students and post-graduates.
