目的:评价非离子型造影剂优维显在螺旋CT腹部增强扫描中的作用。材料与方法:详细观察应用优维显-300于螺旋CT腹部增强扫描230例,其中男175例,女55例,造影平均用量1.5ml/kg,平均注射速率3.0ml/s,全部扫描均采用螺旋扫描方式,扫描结束逐例按造影剂反应评价内容详细询问并认真记录。结果230例受试病例中,24例出现发热感,6例出现轻度副反应,副反应发生半2.6％。螺旋CT整体影像非常好的占93.5％,局部影像非常好的占91.3％。结论:优维显-300是螺旋CT腹部增强扫描较理想的造影剂。
