国外发动机缸套的寿命最高约70万公里,一般的为20~30万公里。我公司最高的是12万公里,一般的为8~10万公里;比较差的仅5~6万公里即需搪缸。对部分发动机缸套采用多孔镀铬,效果虽然较好,但工艺复杂、时间长、成本高且存在水质污染问题。有的虽用高磷铸铁及含硼铸铁作为缸套材料,但成分不易保证,组织亦不均匀。为提高缸套寿命,我公司参照大连冷冻机厂等兄弟单位的经验,对缸套内表面实行电加热淬火,设备及工艺均较简单,成本低,周期短,经行驶4万公里后拆检证明,效果优于镀铬缸套。具体情况见表1、表2。
