阐述了某集团公司本部合成炉石英制备系统采用了比较先进的立式磨技术。而立式磨在其本部是第一台,在实际运行中出现了较多问题,通过多年来实践、探究,这些问题基本都是收尘问题。通过根据实际运行中出现的问题梯级分析,提出合理的解决方案,最终使系统正常运行。虽然这些问题目前不再是影响系统生产的主要矛盾,但仍影响着系统影响成本。现在对立式磨收尘系统有了更深的认识,目前已在某集团公司驻外铜冶炼项目应用立式磨系统上进行了运营期尝试性改良,它对驻外铜冶炼项目立式磨收尘系统的设计、运行及精准化管控都有了较好的借鉴作用,起到典型引路,示范带动作用,可谓一举多得。
Describes a group company headquarters synthesis furnace quartz preparation system uses a more advanced vertical mill technology. Dust system design, operation and precision control have a good reference, played a typical lead the way, demonstration drive, can serve multiple purposes.
