克服异烟肼毒性作用可通过两种途径:增加γ丁氨酸的合成,或提高神经原对γ丁氨酸的敏感性。本文作者研究用 Phenazepam 以预防及消除异烟肼类药物的毒性作用的可能性。Phenazepam 是苯并二氮杂草类的新镇静药,具有安定、镇静、催眠、抗痉挛及肌肉松弛的作用,其毒性小于安定。实验对象是261只非纯种小白鼠(不分性别,体重16~18g),104只雌小白鼠(CBA 系,体重16~18g)及236只非纯种雌大白鼠(体重100~120g)。按异烟肼的半数致死量(LD_(50))判定异烟肼的毒性。异烟肼结晶溶于生理盐水。小白鼠腹腔注入及大白鼠静脉注
There are two ways to overcome the toxicity of isoniazid: increasing the synthesis of γ-butyric acid or increasing the sensitivity of neurons to γ-butyric acid. The authors investigated the possibility of using Phenazepam to prevent and eliminate the toxic effects of isoniazid. Phenazepam is a new benzodiazepine sedative drug with stability, sedation, hypnosis, anti-spasms and muscle relaxation, its toxicity is less than stability. The subjects were 261 non-purebred mice (16-18g non-sex and 16-18g weight), 104 female mice (CBA, 16-18g) and 236 non-pure female rats (weighing 100-120g) .
