英语教学中的素质教育是多方面的,对学生进行学法指导是培养能力进行素质教育的重要一环。长期以来,中学外语教学受应试教育的制约,普遍存在着“费时较多,收效较低”的问题,从而加重了学生的课业负担。少数教师只重知识传授,忽视能力的培养;只重应试效果,忽略学法指导,以死记硬背和重复训练为方法。教师教得累,学生学得苦。这种学生(这种方法教出的学生)不会自学,不会进行自学和书面表达,不会举一反三,只会机械记忆,怎么能为进一步学习英语打好基础呢?
Quality education in English teaching is multifaceted. It is an important part of the students’ ability to conduct quality education to guide students. For a long time, the foreign language teaching in middle schools has been restricted by the exam-oriented education, which has caused the problem of more time-consuming and less effective, which aggravates the students’ schoolwork burden. Only a few teachers teach knowledge, ignore the ability to train; only test results, ignoring the guidance of learning to rote learning and repeated training as a method. Tutor tired, students learn hard. Such students (students taught this way) will not self-study, will not self-study and written expression, not to be in the matter, only mechanical memory, how to lay the foundation for further study of English?
