目的:研究中风醒脑液对体外培养缺血再灌注PC-12细胞GAP-43和NF蛋白表达的影响,观察中药有效组分作用于神经细胞生长过程中,相关基因的表达变化,探讨中风醒脑液促神经生长的分子生物学机制。方法:采用western-blot法检测神经生长相关蛋白GAP-43和神经丝蛋白NF的表达变化。结果:中风醒脑液可使PC-12细胞GAP-43和NF的表达量增加。结论:中风醒脑液可作用于体外培养的神经细胞.使神经生长相关蛋白表达上调。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Zhongfeng Xingnao Liquid on the expression of GAP-43 and NF in cultured PC-12 cells cultured in vitro, and to observe the effect of effective components of Chinese traditional medicine on the expression of related genes during the growth of neural cells. Molecular biological mechanism of brain growth promoting nerve growth. Methods: Western-blot was used to detect the expression of nerve growth-related protein GAP-43 and neurofilament NF. Results: Stroke Xingnue solution can increase the expression of GAP-43 and NF in PC-12 cells. Conclusion: SOG can act on nerve cells in vitro and up-regulate the expression of nerve growth-related proteins.
