模具型腔的光整加工一直是模具加工中的难题。常采用手工方法,加工效率极低。若采用电化学抛光的方法,能有效地解决。抛光效率比手工方法提高数十倍。用电化学抛光金属零件虽早被应用,但抛光模具型腔尚未见到采用。我们对CrWMn,3Cr2W8V和Cr12等三种材料的模具进行了抛光试验。实验结果表明,采用电化学抛光可使模具型腔的粗糙度在原来的Ra3.2~1.6μm基础上降低到Ra0.4~2.2gμm,抛光时间仅5~14分钟,是一种比较理想的抛光方法。
Mold cavity finishing has been the mold processing problems. Often used manual methods, processing efficiency is very low. If using electrochemical polishing method, can effectively solve.
