一、本细则系根据天津市行商管理办法第十条制定之。二、行商应填具行商证申请书及保证书均一式两份分送所在区工商分局及税务分局各留存一份。三、行商应向税局领取购货及销货报告表各二十份(用毕随领)行商购销货物时须按下列手续办理:1.行商赴外埠销货时,须自行填写行商销货报告表于货物出境时由税务所查验盖章方准运销。2.行商由外埠购货入津时应自行填写行商购货报告表(双联),经境口税务所查核相符后在第一联上加盖查联章仍由行商保存,以备销货
