小麦单籽粒鉴定法( S K C S) 的发明使得对小麦品种间和品种内单籽粒性状的研究成为可能,从而为小麦育种目标性状的制定、品种鉴定及品质评价带来了新的认识和信息。通过对13 个小麦品种( 品系) 单籽粒性状的研究认为,品种内单籽粒含水量存在着较大的变化;单籽粒重量的变幅较为突出,且品种内的变化大于品种间的变化;个别品种籽粒宽度的变异系数较高;关中地区的小麦品种绝大多数为硬质麦,个别品种存在着 籽粒质地不纯的现象;籽粒宽度和籽粒重量具有显著的相关性。
The invention of the wheat single grain identification method (S KCS) has made it possible to study the single grain traits among wheat varieties and varieties, thus bringing new understanding to the development of target traits, variety identification and quality evaluation of wheat breeding, information. Based on the study of single grain traits of 13 wheat cultivars (lines), it is concluded that there is a big change in the single grain water content within the varieties. The amplitude of single grain weight is more prominent, and the variation within the varieties is greater than the variation among varieties. The coefficient of variation of grain width was higher in the Guanzhong region. Most of the wheat cultivars in the Guanzhong region were hard wheat, and grain quality was impure in some varieties. Grain width and grain weight were significantly correlated.
