本文在梳理了民国以来职业教育学制演进脉络的基础上,深入剖析了其演进逻辑,认为其包括3个方面的内容:政府主导的外在驱动,个人职业发展的需求及职业教育学制自身的递进发展。进而,以学制演进脉络作为现实基础和起点、以学制的演进逻辑为理论依据,对我国职业教育学制的发展趋势进行了展望。
Based on the evolution of vocational education system since the Republic of China, this paper analyzes its evolution logic in depth and considers that it includes three aspects: the government-driven external drive, the demand of personal career development and the vocational education system itself Into the development.
