自1977年1月至1980年3月,我们应用抗肺脑合剂治疗43例肺性脑病患者,初步取得比较满意的疗效,本文重点探讨抗肺脑合剂的临床应用阶值,并对此合剂使用时的注意点略加叙述。临床资料一、一般资料性别与年龄:男性31例,女性12例。30～39岁1例,40～49岁5例,50～59岁15例,60～69岁13例,70～79岁8例,80～89岁1例。肺心病分期和分级。43例均为急性发作患者;心功能不全:心功能代偿者3例,Ⅰ级心功能不全7例,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级5例,Ⅱ级16例,
