目的探讨乌贼墨提取物对氧化性损伤小鼠心、脑组织的保护作用以及在不同剂量条件下的作用效果。方法40只昆明系健康小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、低、高剂量组。模型组腹腔注射环磷酰胺造氧化性损伤模型。检测各组小鼠心肌和脑组织中SOD(超氧化物歧化酶),MDA(丙二醛),CAT(过氧化氢酶),GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)变化,血液中SOD,MDA变化。结果环磷酰胺均能不同程度的影响上述指标的变化(P<0.01或P<0.05),说明造模成功。与模型组比较,不同剂量的乌贼墨提取物均能不同程度的抑制由环磷酰胺所致的上述指标的变化(P<0.01或P<0.05),但部分数据表明,较高浓度的提取物的抑制作用有所减弱,有的甚至不起作用。结论适当浓度的乌贼墨提取物对氧化性损伤小鼠心肌和脑组织具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of sepia extract on the heart and brain tissue of oxidative injury mice and its effect under different dose conditions. Methods Forty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, low and high dose groups. The model group was intraperitoneally injected with cyclophosphamide to make oxidative damage model. The changes of SOD, SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and GSH-Px in the myocardium and brain of each group were detected. In SOD, MDA changes. Results Cyclophosphamide can affect the above indexes in varying degrees (P <0.01 or P <0.05), indicating successful modeling. Compared with the model group, different doses of sepia extract could inhibit the above index changes induced by cyclophosphamide to varying degrees (P <0.01 or P <0.05), but some data showed that higher concentration of extract The inhibition is weakened, and some do not even work. Conclusion Appropriate concentration of sepia extract can protect myocardium and brain of oxidative injury mice.
