截止1979年底,全国排灌机械总动力达7000万马力,占农村总动力的40%以上。但是,据调查,排灌机械的装置效率很低,约有一半排灌泵站的装置效率在50%以下,有的竟低达20%,单位能耗高达13.6度/千吨米(耗电)或3~4公斤/千吨米(耗柴油)。有的提水灌区渠道渗漏严重,灌水技术不合理,灌区水的利用系数很低,能源消耗就更大了。因此,排灌机械的节能问题急待解决。排灌机械应从哪些方面着手节约能源呢?提高装置效率、加强灌区管理、研究新型排灌机械,开发利用各种能源是排灌机械节能的主要途径。
By the end of 1979, the total power of irrigation and drainage machinery nationwide reached 70 million horsepower, accounting for more than 40% of the total rural power. However, according to the survey, the efficiency of the drainage and irrigation machinery is very low. About half of the irrigation and drainage pumping stations are less than 50% efficient and some are even as low as 20%. The energy consumption per unit is as high as 13.6 degrees / kiloton (electricity consumption) or 3 ~ 4 kg / kiloton rice (diesel consumption). Some of the water drainage irrigation channels serious leakage, irrational irrigation technology, irrigation water utilization factor is very low, energy consumption even greater. Therefore, energy-saving irrigation and drainage problems urgently need to be resolved. Where should irrigation and drainage machinery save energy? Improving plant efficiency, strengthening irrigation management, studying new irrigation and drainage machinery, and developing and utilizing various energy sources are the main ways to save energy for irrigation and drainage machinery.
