“十二五”时期,我国确定了加快推进人才强国战略,加强高技能人才工作,培养造就一大批具有高超技艺和精湛技能的高技能人才,提升我国产业工人队伍的整体素质,全面增强我国核心竞争力和自主创新能力、建设创新型国家的战略部署。本文深入分析了当前高技能人才队伍出现的“三多三少”现象成因和制约高技能人才建设的瓶颈问题,提出了加强高技能人才队伍建设和加快高技能人才开发的对策建议。
During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China has determined that it will speed up the strategy of strengthening the nation by employing more qualified personnel, strengthen the work of highly-skilled personnel, cultivate and nurturing a large number of highly-skilled personnel with superb skills and excellent skills, and enhance the overall quality of our industrial workers and their overall enhancement China's core competitiveness and ability of independent innovation and building an innovative country's strategic plan. This paper analyzes in depth the causes of the phenomenon of “three more, three less” and the bottleneck restricting the construction of highly skilled personnel in current high-skilled personnel, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the construction of highly-skilled personnel and speed up the development of highly-skilled personnel.
