可锻铸铁退火时间较长,一般应由控制铸铁化学成分、改进孕育处理和铸造工艺、改善退火设备等措施,以缩短周期。我厂生产的KT35-10可锻铸铁扇形齿轮板,按老工艺退火周期66~72小时,我们采取了一系列措施,使退火周期需缩短到10.5~12小时。一、生产工艺 1.控制化学成分适当降低含碳量,提高含硅量,并注意降低磷、铬的含量和合适的锰硫比值。所采用的化学成分为:C 2.4~2.5%、Si 1.5~1.7%、Mn 0.4~0.6%,S 0.10~0.15%、P<0.07%、Cr<0.05%。 2.用稀土合金进行复合孕育处理用稀土-铝-铋复合孕育剂进行处理,以细化初晶组织,加速石墨化过程,并可提高铸件机
