综述90年代以来的ODSS研究，对ODSS概念的演进过程做了详细的描述；以企业组织为背景，强调对“以组织手段解决决策问题”的过程的支持，指出了ODSS发展成为建立决策支持应用的高级基础结构的总体趋向．最后，提出了引进组织智能思想研究这类新型复杂系统的基本思路．
This paper summarizes the ODSS research since the 1990s and gives a detailed description of the evolution of the concept of ODSS. Emphasizing the support of the process of “Organizational Means to Solve Decision-making Problems” in the context of business organizations, it points out that ODSS has developed into a platform for establishing decision support applications The general trend of advanced infrastructure. Finally, the basic idea of introducing such a new type of complex system to introduce the organizational intelligence is proposed.
