薪酬满意一直是当前薪酬管理领域的研究热点,薪酬的不满意感会直接影响员工的工作满意度,从而影响工作投入、工作绩效、对组织的忠诚等,甚至造成组织内部的秩序混乱。有众多的因素会导致员工产生不满意感,而公平与否则是其重要因素之一。本文从公平理论的视角回顾了以往从社会比较的角度研究薪酬满意的研究成果,在此基础上整理了一个目前的研究框架。
Salary satisfaction has always been the hot spot in the field of salary management. Salary dissatisfaction will have a direct impact on employee’s job satisfaction, thus affecting work input, job performance, loyalty to the organization, and even causing disorder in the organization. There are many factors that can cause employees to feel dissatisfied, and fairness is one of the most important factors. This paper reviews the research results of salary satisfaction from the perspective of social comparison from the perspective of fairness theory, and based on this, I put forward a current research framework.
