项目:长沙湾批发市场综合大楼第一期 建筑师:香港政府建筑署 地点:九龙深水埗西九龙填海区 类别:批发市场综合大楼 要旨:此项目为新机场核心工程计划之一亦为西九龙新填海区上第一项重点建筑工程。工程的规划及施工期十分短促,从开始设计至楼宇落成懂为期只三十个月,而且成本控制极为严格。 详述:项目的要旨是把向来散布于九龙沿海一带的新鲜副食品批发场统一起来,归纳于一幢综合大楼之内,以便集中管理。各类产品均被划有特定的区域,并拥有独立的抽气及污水排放系统。建筑师并大量采用天然照明及空气对流以减低楼宇的运作成本。建筑物临海的一旁并附有私人码头,方便货物从水路集散。
Project: Cheung Sha Wan Wholesale Market Complex Phase I Architect: Hong Kong Government Architectural Services Department Location: Kowloon West Sham Shui Po West Kowloon Reclamation Category: Wholesale Market Complex Keynote: This project is one of the core projects of the new airport and is also new to West Kowloon. The first key construction project on the reclamation area. The planning and construction period of the project is very short. It takes only 30 months from the start of design to completion of the building and the cost control is extremely strict. Details: The key point of the project is to unify the fresh food wholesale outlets that have been scattered along the coast of Kowloon and put them together in a comprehensive building for centralized management. All types of products are zoned to a specific area and have separate suction and effluent discharge systems. Architects also use natural lighting and air convection to reduce the operating costs of buildings. The building is on the seafront with a private dock to facilitate the distribution of goods from the waterway.
