目的:对毛茛科唐松草属植物华东唐松草的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从华东唐松草中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为:岩白菜素(1)、1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl-2-[4-(1,2,3-trihydroxypropyl)-2-methoxy]-phenoxym-1,3-propandiol(2)、4-(2-羟乙基)-2-甲氧基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、meliasendanin D(4)、2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-乙基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、常春藤苷C(6)、2-(3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯基)-乙基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、3-O-β-Dglucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,30-tetraol-26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9)、3-O-β-D-quinovopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-fucopyranosyl(22S,24Z)-cycloart-24-en-3β,22,26-triaol-26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10)。结论:其中,化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Thalictrum of Ranunculaceae in Ranunculaceae. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by a variety of chromatographic techniques. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified from Thalictrum of East China, which were: Bergenin (1), 1- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxy) trihydroxypropyl) -2-methoxy] -phenoxym-1,3-propandiol (2), 4- (2-hydroxyethyl) -2- methoxyphenyl- [beta] -D- glucopyranoside (3), meliasendanin D (4), 2- (4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -ethyl-O- β -D- glucopyranoside (5), iv) -hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl) -ethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), β-sitosterol β-D-glucopyranosyl (22S, 24Z) -cycloart-24-en-3β, 22,30- tetraol- 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside 6-beta-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 4) -β-D-fucopyranosyl (22S, 24Z) -cycloart- 24-en-3β, 22,26-triaol- ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
