利用X射线衍射(XRD)技术和红外吸收技术(IR)对由超临界流体干燥法制得的MnZn铁氧体超细粉末的物相进行了研究。主要考察了不同的焙烧温度和气氛,不同的Mn/Zn比粉末以及不同的凝胶粉末的物相变化。初步的结果表明,制备参数不同,导致了粉末尖晶石结构的离子分布的不同,从而影响了粉末的磁性能。
The phase of MnZn ferrite ultrafine powder obtained by the supercritical fluid drying method was studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR). Mainly investigated the different calcination temperature and atmosphere, different Mn / Zn ratio of powder and different gel powder phase changes. The preliminary results show that the different preparation parameters lead to the different ionic distribution of the powder spinel structure, which affects the magnetic properties of the powder.
