本文以Halliday提出的英语语调的三个选择系统中的tonicity为理论依据,结合信息结构模式,以标准英式口语为参照标准,使用Praat软件对中国大学生朗读口语中的调核进行研究。分析结果发现,中国大学生能够根据自己对语句的理解,在朗读时能够较好地体现调核,但他们对调核位置把握不够准确,对调核所体现的信息结构认识不够,同标准音相比,他们对于调核的突显程度还不够。
Based on the theory of tonicity in Halliday’s three selections of English intonation, combining the information structure model with standard English spoken language as the reference standard, Praat software is used to study the nucleation of Chinese college students in spoken oral Chinese. According to the analysis, Chinese college students can reconcile their sentences well according to their own understanding of sentences. However, they are not accurate enough to grasp the location of reconciliation and lack of understanding of the information structure embodied in reconciliation. Compared with the standard pronunciation, They are not enough to highlight the nuclear adjustment.
