随着民航运输业的快速发展,在保证安全、高效、经济的基础上,为更好的保证航班的运行,提高航班质量,逐渐提出了飞行品质这一概念。飞机的飞行品质和飞行安全有着密切的关系,因此,在飞机设计和试飞过程中必须按照飞行品质规范的要求来设计和验证飞机。本文介绍了飞行品质规范的发展,并对目前的评价准则,包括Chalk准则、Gibson准则、Neal-Smith准则等进行了比较分析,探讨了其适用性。
With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry, on the basis of ensuring safety, high efficiency and economy, in order to better guarantee the operation of flights and improve the flight quality, the concept of flight quality has been gradually put forward. Aircraft flight quality and flight safety are closely related, therefore, in the process of aircraft design and test flight quality specifications must be in accordance with the requirements to design and verify the aircraft. This paper introduces the development of flight quality specifications, compares and evaluates the current evaluation criteria including Chalk criteria, Gibson criteria and Neal-Smith criteria, and discusses its applicability.
