作者等报告一例患糖尿病的肥胖女人并发由精美尖端节肿霉(Apophysomyces elegans)所引起的接合菌病。此真菌由皮肤外伤处侵入,穿过角质层、表皮及真皮而引起感染。可见其菌丝体侵入血管。真菌还侵入皮下脂肪、骨骼肌纤维、神经及大血管而引起感染播散。由于其侵入血管引起很快播散,只得用截肢法来制止其感染的扩散。这种接合菌纲的真菌很象伞状犁头霉。其与伞状犁头霉的 The authors report that an obese woman with diabetes complicated with the joint disease caused by the fine Apophysomyces elegans.
