改革开放是我们党在新的历史时期提出的一项战略方针。党的十一届三中全会以来,改革开放不但极大地推动了我国社会主义生产力的迅速发展,改变了国家的面貌,也给党的领导注入了新的生机与活力。与此同时,改革开放也给党的领导提出了许多新的课题和更高的要求。因此,研究改革开放条件下党的领导问题,对于当前加强一定要讲政治的认识,有着重大的理论和实践意义。 Reform and opening up is a strategic guideline proposed by our party in the new historical period.
